Line and Grade is a civil engineering and land-use consulting firm.  We are a small interdisciplinary team of dedicated, passionate, and creative professionals who love to explore the limits of what our profession can offer. • Use professional judgment to independently complete engineering design tasks

• Assist the Project Manager to work toward specific project tasks

• Ability to make engineering/design decisions based on informed inputs

• Proactively identifies technical challenges and works with the team to resolve and guide appropriate action

• Capable to communicate technical matters with internal team and external collaborators

• Ideal candidates will have a BS or MS from an accredited engineering program and an Engineer-in-Training certificate.

• Basic understanding of AutoCAD

• Familiarity with, and willingness to advance in, analysis programs (Excel, Hydrology software, etc.)

• Exhibit perseverance in professional work and a willingness to solve complex design challenges

• Ability to share examples of engineering work (designs, reports, calculations) from college and internships
