How they ended up here / Why Planning or Design

Makenna started her career in banking with the plan to transition into an administrative role which better suited her degree and future career goals. She joined Line + Grade after being connected with the opportunity to support business operations at 3TP Ventures, an urban planning consulting firm.​

 

Favorite part of their job

​Her favorite part of her job is supporting and working alongside the team while striving to make business functions more streamlined and practical for all.

​Traveling, spending time with friends and family, roller skating, and finding time to be creative.
