How they ended up here / Why Planning or Design

Anna Lou joined Line + Grade through her work at 3TP Ventures, an
urban planning consulting firm. Her interest in planning and design
has largely been influenced by her love of the natural environment.

Favorite part of their job

Her favorite part of her job is working with a team to develop
creative solutions that connect urban growth and environmental
stewardship.
