In 2023, Line and Grade led an update to the Youngsville Comprehensive Land Use and Transportation Plan.
Youngsville is at the forefront of Raleigh’s northward expansion along U.S. 1 and is facing tremendous growth pressure. The town initiated the plan update to prepare for this growth.
The scope of work focused on creating a clear vision for the future with tangible implementation steps.
Our team focused on documenting the town’s vision in a way that makes the plan useful to town residents and decision makers alike. The planning effort included extensive community engagement with an emphasis on reaching a wide range of perspectives.
The final deliverable is a two-part graphically rich plan that captures the town’s goals for growth and conservation through words, visuals, maps, and clear policy recommendations and action steps.
