Richmond Connects Implementation

Our team supported the initial implementation of this city-wide multi-modal transportation plan. The plan identifies infrastructure projects, programs, and strategy recommendations for all modes of transportation, focusing on bicyclists, pedestrians, and transit riders.

We collaborated with city staff to prioritize projects for design and funding and identified “lighter, quicker, cheaper” initiatives to accelerate implementation.
