Waverly Residence

Line and Grade developed site plan design documents, including erosion and sediment control and stormwater management, for the land disturbance permit of this single-family residence located in western Albemarle County.

This design was accomplished through close coordination with the architect and landscape architect, resulting in the house feeling like a natural extension of the landscape.
