Miller School of Albemarle

Line and Grade is assisting Miller School of Albemarle, founded in 1878, in planning for the future of their campus.

Situated on 1,600 acres, the Miller School has a beautiful historic campus with areas of pristine landscape under conservation.

Planning for the future involves many aspects of design, planning, and engineering. Line and Grade assisted in a master plan for campus growth, a special use permit for zoning approval, and utility infrastructure investigations, given the age of the campus and its infrastructure.

An initial site plan was approved in June 2025 and final site plan permitting is ongoing.
