Colonial Avenue Rehabilitation

Line and Grade led a multidisciplinary design team to re-imagine, redesign, and redevelop the Colonial Avenue Corridor in the city of Roanoke, Virginia.

The project was a comprehensive undertaking: from conceiving a new vision, developing a master plan, conducting necessary analyses and due diligence, and coordinating with numerous stakeholders and agencies to delivering a new space for the myriad of students who use this corridor to transition between classrooms on the Virginia Western Community College Campus.

Line and Grade spearheaded the design and led the team to develop a long-range growth plan for the corridor for continued Level of Service and adequate accommodations for users of all modes of transit.
