How they ended up here / Why Planning or Design

Hannah joined Line + Grade through her work at 3TP Ventures, an urban planning consulting firm. Her path into community planning was shaped by a passion for creating places that are both functional and engaging for the people who use them. A love of travel also inspired her interest in planning—exploring cities around the world made her more aware of how thoughtful design and policy shape everyday experiences. 

Favorite part of their job

Her favorite part of the job is finding creative ways to make complex planning concepts easier to understand. She enjoys bringing together design, clear communication, and community involvement to make the planning process more engaging and inclusive. Through visuals, plain language, and thoughtful design, she works to ensure that plans and reports are approachable for all audiences—not just professionals in the field.
