Energy; Site Development

Line and Grade staff generated a site plan amendment to redevelop an existing gas station and fueling site into a new fuel center with a convenience market.
This project for Tiger Fuels was an adaptive reuse project, utilizing and improving an existing site. Addition substantial new programming while at the same time preserving the greatest extent of infrastructure as possible.
Furthermore, creating predictable pedestrian and vehicle interaction is also similar. Cars and people interact in public spaces, just as commercial spaces.
Tiger Fuels has heralded this project a huge success.
The carwash system utilizes a unique water reuse strategy and the fueling canopies feature solar panels to power the market store.
